We are delighted that you are considering becoming a member of the Canadian Alliance of Pediatric Rheumatology Investigators (CAPRI).

The cost of membership (annual dues) is $100 CAD (payable by cheque). Please note: administrative staff, research staff, trainees, and emeritus members are exempt from paying these dues.

All information provided in your application will be treated as confidential. It will only be used for the purpose of considering your application for membership in CAPRI. After your election, the information may also be used to gather general statistics about the CAPRI membership base.

How to apply for membership:

1. Complete the CAPRI membership form.
2. Return the completed form to: capri.rheumatology@gmail.com.

A member of the CAPRI administrative team will get in touch with you within three days after you've submitted your application.
